The motor is a claw pole type permanent magnet stepping motor, which belongs to the category of small precision micro stepping motor.
The outer diameter of the motor is 8mm, the length is about 9mm, the step angle is 18 degrees, and the motor resistance is 10~50ohm, which can be selected according to the driving voltage and driving cir cutuit. In order to facilitate the customer to connect the driver, the motor socket generally has common mechanism options such as bare pin, PCB, connecting wire, and FPC.
In general, customers use motors with miniature gearboxes, and customers' equipment has reduction mechanisms. Or the motor can also be installed with a lead screw to increase the thrust, so as to achieve the purpose of moving parts.
The size of the motor is small and the output force is also small. The normal torque is only 1~3g.cm, which will be used in the micro precision control unit. For example: the movement and adjustment mechanism of the camera, the lens and filter of the optical instrument, the transmission mechanism of the miniature test paper with precise positioning, etc.
