SW2820 ROV thruster diving equipment model submarine brushless motor
1. Imported stainless steel bearing, anti-rust, anti-corrosion and salt spray test can reach more than 192 hours, far higher than IP68 waterproof level.
2. Independent PCB patent design, PCB and lead wire extraction are built into the motor, which can be used to package and solidify the lead wire of the welding point for customers and directly adjust the wire.
3. The shaft is made of special stainless steel, heat treatment and other special anti-rust treatment.
4. The magnetic disk is made of ndfeb high temperature resistant material, and the surface is specially treated with waterproof and anti-corrosion.
5. The stator is made of imported materials from kawasaki, Japan, and its surface has been specially treated with waterproof and anti-corrosion.
6. Balance test is carried out before each motor leaves the factory, and the balance is less than 10mg.
7.In order to facilitate the customer research and development and testing of aquatic and underwater equipment products, our r&d personnel specially designed and printed this type of paddle according to the independent patent design of fluid mechanics, so as to provide customers with this need to carry out the supporting test of SW2820 underwater motor.
